Client account
The TG PeiNiFa♾️ client does not require registration or sign-in to a Peinifa Group account, so there is no separate client account to delete.
Telegram accounts
Signing out or removing a Telegram account from the client affects only login state and local records on that device. It does not permanently delete the Telegram account or its cloud data. To permanently delete a Telegram account, follow Telegram’s official guidance. Peinifa Group cannot do this for you.
Client UID and ad event data
The client sends an installation UID, activity and ad event records to Peinifa Group servers. Copy your UID from “Account Management Settings” in the client and email jiaofu2023@gmail.com with “Client data deletion” and your UID. Do not send Telegram passwords, login codes or chat content.
We verify the request against the UID, manually delete linked UID, activity and ad event records, and reply with the result within one week of receiving a verifiable request. Uninstalling the client or signing out of Telegram does not automatically delete these server records.
TG operations platform account
The operations platform uses a separate account from the TG PeiNiFa♾️ client. To delete your operations platform account and related data, email your account identifier and deletion request to jiaofu2023@gmail.com. Peinifa Group will verify and process the request manually and reply within one week. Do not email passwords or login codes.
