Scope and operator
Peinifa Group publishes this policy for the TG PeiNiFa♾️ client (TG陪你发无限号) and peinifa.com website. The separate TG operations platform has its own accounts and operations data and is outside this policy’s scope.
This client is an independent third-party Telegram client, not an official Telegram product.
Data handled
To connect to Telegram, the client handles login state, conversations and messages on your device, as well as local settings and cache. Peinifa Group’s advertising and activity servers do not receive your chat content or phone number.
The client creates an installation UID and sends an identifier derived from its installation token, platform, app version and build, OS version, number of signed-in Telegram accounts, and activity date to Peinifa Group servers. Ad impressions and clicks also record the UID, ad and placement IDs, event type and time.
The website stores your language choice in browser local storage so it can display your chosen language on later visits.
Use and storage
On-device Telegram sessions and settings enable login, messaging and client features. Server-side UID, version and activity records identify installations, support the client and measure ad impressions and clicks. Account count is recorded only as a number. The website language setting is used only to switch languages.
Third-party services
Telegram provides Telegram accounts and chats, which are also subject to Telegram’s policies. Translation on iOS may use Apple’s system translation. If you choose an external Google Translate link, the selected text is passed to Google through that link. Ad destinations and other external websites handle visits under their own policies.
Retention and deletion
You can remove local sessions, settings and cache through relevant client actions or by uninstalling the app. This does not delete your Telegram cloud account or automatically remove UID and ad records from Peinifa Group servers. Server records are kept while supporting these services and are handled manually after a verifiable deletion request.
Copy your UID from “Account Management Settings” in the client and email jiaofu2023@gmail.com to request deletion of linked UID, activity and ad event records. Peinifa Group will verify the request, complete deletion and reply within one week. See Account and data deletion for steps.
Your rights
Email us to request access, correction or deletion of records held by Peinifa Group. You can remove local data on your device. Manage Telegram cloud accounts and data through Telegram’s official channels. If a legal obligation requires retaining specific records, we will explain the scope and reason in our response.
